The Swiss SFS Group develops and manufactures high-precision components and fastening systems worldwide, serving the automotive industry among others. We have been involved in the design of its Jánossomorja production site since the first phase and have supported the site’s development through successive expansions. In designing modern production and logistics spaces, a high degree of automation, efficient material flow and the special technical requirements of precision manufacturing all played a decisive role.

Sárközi Kft. specialises in the manufacture of fences, gates and bespoke metal structures. We were involved in the design of its Dunakiliti production site from the outset and have supported its further expansions as the company has grown. In designing the production and service areas, the key considerations were modern metalworking technologies, efficient in-plant material handling and an industrial environment that adapts to constantly changing production needs.

The Tata subsidiary of Güntner, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial heat exchangers, covers an area of around 24 hectares. In designing complexes of several tens of thousands of square metres, we combined high-tech industrial functions with the framework of sustainable operation. We were involved not only in designing production spaces optimised for production lines, but also in creating the high-bay warehouses and storage systems of the plant, which has since expanded into a logistics centre.

Dr. Oetker’s plant in Jánossomorja is one of the group’s leading production and development centres, supplying popular products to markets in numerous neighbouring countries. We are honoured to have been a trusted partner of the company from the very beginning – from the laying of the foundation stone to the completion of the latest phase. As general designer of the continuously expanding multi-storey production halls and logistics spaces, we created an architectural environment that meets the strictest hygiene and technological requirements while matching the parent company’s international corporate identity.

The Swiss Hidrostal Group is an internationally recognised manufacturer of special pump technology solutions, and its site in Nyúl plays an important role in serving the Central and Eastern European region. We have been involved in the design of the company’s Hungarian production site since the first phase. As a result of continuous development, the original site of around 3,000 m² has doubled in size with the construction of a new production hall. Throughout the developments, our aim was to create an efficient industrial environment that meets the needs of specialised production technology.

The European production centre of the world-famous PEZ brand is located in Jánossomorja, from where its distinctive sweets reach markets in many countries. We are honoured to have been involved in the design and continuous development of the production site since the first phase. In designing the new plant of around 6,000 m², we harmonised the strict technological and hygiene requirements of food production with the needs of efficient plant and logistics operations.
