Project summary: System-Plan Kft. was founded in 1997 and over the past 25 years has continuously carried out engineering activities in the region and throughout Hungary, as well as fulfilling international orders. During this period, the design and construction of numerous facilities can be attributed to our company’s work. As a result of our successful work, our growth has been steady, and we are able to employ an increasing number of staff. Our engineering and technical consultancy activities primarily comprise the complex design of industrial and community buildings and professional commitments of varying depth in their implementation. Our human resources consist of employees with outstanding professional competence. We currently carry out our engineering work at our registered office in a mixed-use residential building. Due to the characteristics of the building, further expansion is not possible, so during the planning phase of our development idea we looked for a new site. We intend to implement the project in our newly built office at 9200 Mosonmagyaróvár, Kossuth Lajos utca 122., located close to our existing office. In carrying out our design work we intend to use state-of-the-art digital technologies, and we plan to expand this equipment continuously in line with current technological advances. A larger space is essential so that our new equipment can be accommodated according to its space requirements and new workstations can be set up. In our architectural engineering work, the design of facilities requires the continuous involvement of various specialist engineers and experts, including the cooperation of structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and utility designers. Accordingly, we intend to create engineering workstations, meeting rooms and rooms suitable for archiving. Our company has a Digital Development Concept. The activity to be developed is engineering activities and technical consultancy. All the equipment to be procured within the project results in technological modernisation. We are also procuring information technology equipment for carrying out engineering tasks, for setting up workstations related to the development of technical consultancy services, and for modernising working conditions related to service development. At the implementation site we plan to build a new office with a usable floor area of 274.51 m² (basement, ground floor and upper floor). Costs exceeding the eligible amount of the new construction within the project are financed from our own resources. The grid-connected photovoltaic system to be implemented within the project consists of solar panels mounted on a stainless steel/aluminium support structure. On an annual basis, the photovoltaic system is capable of covering the building’s entire electricity demand, including domestic hot water, cooling, heating and the consumption of office equipment and electronic devices. The system also includes the necessary fire protection and safety equipment and a module enabling remote monitoring. As a result of our service capacity expansion resulting in technological development, we will be able to fulfil more orders; for professional implementation, as well as for our engineering activities and technical consultancy, we use business cloud services. In connection with the use of ArchiCAD and Autodesk design software and Excel macros, we have also planned ICT training for 8 of our employees.
